Outlying Communities
- Regional Diabetes Program and Education Services offers monthly service to the communities of Moose Lake, Easterville, Grand Rapids; quarterly in Snow Lake and Cormorant; services to Cranberry Portage and Sherridon are on an as-needed basis. Outreach program offered twice yearly in Pukatawagan.
