COMPLAINTS / COMPLIMENTS
The Complaint/Compliment Management form is available to be used by clients, families, and external agencies wishing to register a complaint/compliment (click here).
The NOR-MAN Regional Health Authority (NRHA) recognizes that complaints may signify opportunities for improvement and/or potential high-risk situations. We regard complaints pertaining to our programs/services as an opportunity to improve the quality of the health services we provide.
The rights and privacy of the person submitting the complaint and of service providers will be respected, appropriate to the context of the complaint, while not compromising adequate consideration and resolution of an issue should one arise. Relevant results of the complaint will be communicated in a timely and respectful manner to the person(s) submitting the complaint and to the service providers directly involved.
The NRHA also recognizes that compliments may signify that as an organization, and as individual staff members, clients and NRHA residents are satisfied with the services they have received and that staff should be made aware that their efforts are appreciated.
